Cartoon- Bast's every day

Oh Bast. You just can't help it, huh?


This is my first time drawing both Kvothe and Bast. I always imagined Bast with short, dandy hair- he came pretty easy to me. As for Kvothe- I swear to Tehlu I read he has straight hair. So as you can see, that's the Kvothe stuck in my mind.

I wanted to color this so badly, but they refused my touch. No, really. They just won't take the colors.. I even tried gray-scale tones too ;_____;


For the story, it's really random one that came to me when I thought of Bast's transformation --like a cat!!--and his extraordinary love + loyalty for Kvothe. I find it a little too excessive, but Bast is too cute for words. So it's okay.
